The two inventions of Saad Saad that have brought change in the surgical procedures

For some time now, medical inventions have played a key role in restoring the health of many affected patients. Many medical inventions have been introduced as a means of treatment. Through extensive research and testing, medical professionals have been able to perform complex surgeries using different new invented processes. Dr. Saad Saad is a leading pediatric surgeon that has changed the lives of many people around the world. He is experienced and has developed some of the most effective pediatric inventions that have brought light in the lives of patients. He resides in Eatontown, New Jersey and has a rich history of medical practicing. Saad Saad received his Medical Degree at Cairo University, Egypt and later migrated to the United States of America 45 years ago to start his medical career.

For more than 40 years, Saad Saad has been performing complex pediatric surgeries on infants and teenager across the United States of America. He has been instrumental in performing free surgical procedures to poor people in other countries like Jerusalem and West Bank. This has been accomplished through the two patented inventions he made and many other surgical procedures he has introduced. He has a large heart and finds solace when he helps the sick and poor children suffering from pediatric problems to get better.

The two inventions he developed include Catheter with Integral Electromagnetic Location Identification Device with patent number Patent Number 5,727,553 and Methods and Apparatus for Providing Suction and Irrigation in a Rigid Endoscope While Maintaining Visual Contact with a Target Area through the Endoscope of patent number Patent Number 5,725,478. The two inventions have brought a significant change in the way pediatric surgical procedures are being conducted. For instance, in the first invention, Dr. Saad Saad has invented a device that locates a Catheter from any part of the body without necessarily using machines.

The device uses electromagnetic energy to locate the catheter that might have been implanted in the body due to the surgical procedure. The invention has been instrumental since it has replaced the use of X-rays and Magnetic Resonance Imaging which are potentially harmful when used for a long time. In the second invention, Saad Saad intends to improve on the use of endoscopes which are used to examine inside the body of the patient during the surgical process. Endoscopes are used to examine inside the mouth, throat, colon, and stomach and are always susceptible to being clogged with fluids. As such, this makes it difficult for doctors to examine the body and Saad Saad‘s invention has introduced a suction-irrigation device. The device sucks and clears the fog and liquid that accumulates on the endoscopic lens thus making the process faster and efficient. Dr. Saad Saad has always focused on the introduction of the new and advanced way of surgical treatment to improve the lives of infants and teenagers.
